To make this food you will need to buy ingredients from your local market. You will need: rice cake, dried anchovies, dried kelp, hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, sugar, green onion, & fish cakes (optional).
1.Add 4 cups of water, 7-8 dried anchovies, 5 inches of dried kelp and after you put in these ingredients boil this for 15 minutes on medium high heat without lid.
2.While your broth is boiling you need to make the sauce add 1/3 of a hotpepper paste, hot pepper flakes 1 tbs, and 1 tbs of sugar. Also cut some green onion about 2 inch and a half for more flavor in the sauce. Combine hot pepper paste, hot pepper flakes, and sugar in a small bowl.
3.Remove the anchovies and kelp from the pot and add the rice cake, the mixture in the bowl, the green onion, and the optional fish cakes and hard boiled eggs. The stock will be about 2 and a half cup. Gently stir for 10-15 minute and this will make the sauce more thick and the rice cake more soft.
4. After the rice cake gets soft and the sauce thickens enjoy your delicious meal with your friends and family.
