Queen Hatshepsut was the first woman to rule as Pharaohs. In the old days around the Hunters and Gatherers time and when there were nomads woman were not treated fairly but as time went by in Ancient Egypt they were the one who treated the woman more fairly. The womans were able to help their husband and have their own job. Queen Hatshepsut was the Pharaoh's wife Thutmose the Second. The Pharaoh didn't sustain him being a pharaoh and after several years serving he died right away. Queen Hatshepsut took his place instead of his step son Thutmose the Third. Queen Hatshepsut made many achievements during her time. For an example like bartering with other people. From the bartering she got many new things such as incense, live animals, and wood.
Ramses the Great was also a great leader who ruled for 66 years. He was a pharaoh who was the first one to make a peace treaty in the world. He made the peace treaty with the Hittites. Ramses and Ancient Egypt all had a lot of grudge at the Hittites and so they fought wars and more. Ramses the Great had a war with the Hittites and claimed that he was the winner of the battle but some people say he didn't beat the Hittites.
